Salesperson & Estimator:

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert them into loyal customers.
• Conduct on-site assessments to provide accurate service estimates.
• Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with the owner and crew to schedule and oversee projects.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in landscaping or related industries.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to perform accurate on-site estimates.
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Being a certified arborist or wanting to become certified is a plus.

Compensation:

• Base salary ($40,000-$50,000) with commission on sales (5%-10%) based on experience.
